What is the “Comodo Secure” badge?

The "Comodo Secure Positive SSL Wildcard" badge is a seal of trust provided via PositiveSSL indicating that our website uses a Comodo SSL certificate to secure online transactions for customers. Any data you submit to this website over a https connection will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms. Clicking the seal opens a popup window detailing the Security Credentials of this website.

We highly recommend clients use an SSL certificate on their website. If you do not currently have an SSL certificate on your website contact us and we may be able to secure you a reduced subscription rate.

Is my credit card info safe?

We take security very seriously at Spinning Webs Media. Your credit card information is never sent to our server; it goes directly to Stripe.com via a JavaScript AJAX request over an encrypted SSL connection. Stripe sends back a simple token (a string) that we pass to our server. Our server then calls up Stripe and passes that token to finalize the transaction. We NEVER store any credit card details in our database.

Supported cards on Stripe

Users in Australia can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards.

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • American Express

Stripe also supports a range of additional payment methods, depending on the country of your Stripe account.

What is the “protected by reCAPTCHA” badge?

reCAPTCHA is a free service from Google that helps protect websites from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA uses an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive CAPTCHAs to keep automated software from engaging in abusive activities on our site. It does this while letting valid users pass through with ease.

ReCAPTCHA works with major screen readers such as ChromeVox, JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver. ReCAPTCHA will alert screen readers of status changes, such as when the reCAPTCHA verification challenge is complete. The status can also be found by looking for the heading titled “recaptcha status” in the “recaptcha widget” section of the page. See ReCAPTCHA ARIA Status Messages for more information.

reCAPTCHA offers more than just spam protection. Every time a CAPTCHAs is solved, that human effort helps digitize text, annotate images, and build machine learning datasets. This in turn helps preserve books, improve maps, and solve hard AI problems.

The website uses the newer 'Invisible reCAPTCHA' and does not require users to click on a checkbox, instead it is invoked directly when the user clicks on an existing button on our site. By default only the most suspicious traffic will be prompted to solve a captcha.

This CAPTCHA is too hard
Don’t worry. In the event that your visit is challenged some CAPTCHAs are hard. Just click the reload button next to the image to get another one.
